Crit and feedback for ‘maquillage’

Here is the feedback I got at the crit.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The tutors compared my ideas and it was obvious to see that the more colourful and eye-catching photos were favoured. This makes sense in a way because, I suppose, most people aren’t as interested in seeing HOW make-up is prepared as opposed to seeing the end result; a beautiful woman with an amazing and beautiful make-up design on her eye that brings out the colour of her eyes. I am happy with this feedback because I should be able to design something really colourful and eye-catching as I have a lot of bright coloured eye shadows.
The photography tutor had already told me that it would be better not to have an expression as this would distract the audience from the make-up.
I think this design is good and would be suitable to use as long as hair and expression aren’t made a feature.
The tutors did not mention anything about the process being important so I am not going to be too worried about showing the actual application of the make-up.
I think this idea would be suitable to use but I’m not going to pursue it at the moment.
I think this idea is also suitable but I am not going to pursue it at the moment.
I think this design was the most favoured. When people saw it their faces lit up, they pointed and said they liked it. The tutor said I needed something eye-catching and she pointed at this design. This is my favourite design. I will have to design my own make-up to look as eye-catching as this.
